(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On May 27, 2015 just after 5:00 p.m. members of the Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) stopped a motor vehicle in Tiny Township. As a result of the investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of crack cocaine.
Jack BEER (age 47) of Midland, ON has been charged with:
– Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance sec 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 30, 2015 in Midland.
