(FRENCH RIVER, ON.) – On June 8, 2015 at approximately 6:10 am, the Noelville and Warren Detachments of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 64 near Gauthier Rd, in the Municipality of French River.
One of the drivers was flown to Hospital with life threatening injuries and has since died of their injuries. The second driver was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. There were no passengers involved in this collision. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
Investigation by the Noelville OPP Detachment is continuing with the assistance of OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigator (TTCI).
Highway 64 will be closed until further notice.
