(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding the public to protect their property and valuables against would be thieves after receiving a report of a theft from a Windham Road 14, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, June 6, 2015 at approximately 1:37 p.m., police received a call from an upset homeowner reporting a theft.
Through investigation it was determined that the homeowner has placed their metal garbage bin at the side of the roadway. During the early morning hours of Saturday, June 6, 2015, unknowns attended the address and removed the item.
The garbage container is described as being metal, 5X4 with a metal lid.
