Norman ANDERSON – Expose Genitals, Threats, Trespass, etc. etc.

(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 7, 2015 just before 1:00 a.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a request from Guelph Lake Conservation Area staff for assistance removing a group of intoxicated people that were violating Conservation Regulations and refused to leave.

Investigation revealed that individuals on a campsite were consuming alcohol and being disruptive which was disturbing other campers. Park security attended the camp site and spoke with the individuals regarding the alcohol consumption and noise and then had to return when the behaviour continued and more complaints were received. A security officer was threatened when he asked the campers to leave and observed a male expose his genitals to him and other park staff. Police attended and placed the male under arrest.

Norman ANDERSON age 41 of Guelph has been charged with Uttering Threats, Causing a Disturbance – Indecent Exhibition, Loitering contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada, Trespass to Property- Engage in Prohibited Activity and Trespass to Property – Fail to Leave When Directed To contrary to the Trespass to Property Act.

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal court on July 7, 2015 to answer to his charges.
