(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 21 year old male after police investigated a motor vehicle collision at a Highway 3, Middleton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, June 7, 2015 at approximately 2:05 a.m., police were called to investigate a single motor vehicle that left the roadway entered the ditch rolling over.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 21 year old Dameon Andrew WAKARCHUK of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and fail or refuse to provide a breath sample.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
