(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 6, 2015 at 9:19 p.m. members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call of an impaired driver. A male left a residence in a motor vehicle to travel from Wasaga Beach to Midland after consuming alcohol.
The motor vehicle was later stopped at 9:26 p.m. in Tiny Township. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. The vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.
Brian CANNON (age 46) of Midland, ON has been charged with:
– Driving While Ability Impaired
– Exceed 80 mgs
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland on June 18, 2015.
