(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON.) – On June 8, 2015 at approximately 9:27 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision between a motor vehicle and a bus at the westbound service centre on Highway 401. The motor vehicle involved in the collision failed to remain at the scene of the collision.
Police located the vehicle and as a result of investigation, have charged the 24 year old male driver, Kyle CROWDER of Tecumseh under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – Motor Vehicle (Alcohol and Drug)
Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
Care of Control Over 80 milligrams
Carrying Concealed Weapon
Fail to Remain ~ Highway Traffic Act
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on July 14, 2015.
