(FORT FRANCES, ON) – The Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a Break and Enter occurring at a restaurant in Emo, ON. On Sunday June 7, 2015 officers were advised of a break and enter. A quantity of alcohol was stolen from the business.
Further, on the 11th of June 2015 Officers were alerted to a second break and enter at the same establishment, again quantity of alcohol was taken.
As a result of an investigation, two males, aged 36 and 31 from Rainy River First Nation have been charged with two counts of Break and Enter and two counts of Mischief. Both men will appear in court on July 27, 2015 to answer to the charge.
