(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On June 16, 2015, just after 8:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving an Infinity SUV, on Highway 401 near Harwich Road.
The collision occurred when the eastbound Infinity left the roadway and rolled over, coming to rest on its side in the median.
The lone driver, 21 year old Austin TRAN, from Toronto, has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
