(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – The City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating the theft of an engine hoist.
On June 21, 2015 an officer attended a location on Community Centre Road in the former Verulam Township in response to the report of a theft that occurred overnight. Investigation indicated that the framing for an engine hoist had been stolen.
Anyone having information on this crime or any others is asked to contact the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Information can also be reported anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or by going to www.khcs.ca and submitting an anonymous tip online.
