(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 35 year old male after conducting an investigation at a Church Street East, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, June 19, 2015 at approximately 11:27 p.m., officers were contacted by a resident after a tire on a parked motor vehicle was damaged.
As result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 35-year-old Louis Andre HOWARD of Norfolk County, Ontario with mischief under $5,000 dollars.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
