(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On June 23, 2015, just after 2:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, Chatham-Kent Fire Services and Chatham-Kent Emergency Medical Services responded to a collision involving a tractor trailer on Highway 401 westbound near Communication Road, that left the roadway and came to rest on its side at the bottom of the CSX overpass.
The driver of the tractor trailer has been identified as Dwain MILKS, 63 years old, from Windsor. He remains in hospital in critical condition.
