(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle travelling at 140km/h in the 80km/h zone on 6th Concession in Tiny Township on June 24, 2015 at 5:26 p.m.
Jacob PETITPAS (age 19) of Stayner, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for 7 days and his 2006 Chrysler 300 was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Penetanguishene Provincial Court on July 30, 2015.
