(SOUTH FRONTENAC TOWNSHIP) – Frontenac Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 16 year-old female, the driver of the motor vehicle that was involved in a single vehicle collision on the 17th of June 2015 on Rutledge Road in the Township of South Frontenac.
The driver has been charged with:
1) Dangerous Driving Cause Bodily Harm – 2 counts
2) Dangerous Driving Cause Death – 2 counts
The driver was released on a Promise to Appear to attend the Ontario Court of Justice, Kingston Ontario on the 21st July 2015.
Her name is not being released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
