(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – City of Kawartha Lakes officers of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigate a fail to remain motor vehicle collision on Highway 7A.
The OPP were alerted to an incident that occurred in the evening of June 29, 2015 by drivers involved in the collision. Investigation resulted in the driver of one of the vehicles, Josh DIMINIE, 22 years of age, of the City of Kawartha Lakes being charged with the following offences:
Dangerous Driving, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Fail to Stop at Scene of Accident, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on July 23, 2015.
