On February 18th at 4:30 AM Wingham Police were called to a suspicious person in the area of Patrick and Edward Streets. Police located a man, who resides in the area but is on conditions not to be out of his residence between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The man explained that he had stepped outside to have a cigarette and accidentally locked himself out. He was issued a warning with regard to his curfew. At 5:50 AM on the same date, the man was observed walking along Edward Street. Jason Bester, age 35, of Wingham was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a condition of his undertaking.
