(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 42 year old female after police stopped a vehicle at a Jenkins Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 4, 2015, at approximately 8:39 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Jenkins Road and Cockshutt Road when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 42 year old Liela D STATS of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
