(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 54 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Talbot Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, July 3, 2015, at approximately 1:23 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Talbot Street North when a vehicle caught the attention of the patrolling officer. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 54 year old Timothy Reginald HAMMOND of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit, drive motor vehicle with open container of liquor and fail to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
