(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 34 year old male with a drinking and driving offence at an Argyle St., Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday July 2nd, 2015 at approximately 8:43 pm Police stopped a black 1999 Ford pickup truck for a Highway Traffic Act infraction on Argyle St. While speaking with the male driver signs of possible impairment by alcohol was detected which led to breath samples being obtained.
Charged with Driving with over the legal limit of Alcohol, Driving under Suspension, Use Plate not authorized for vehicle and Having Care and Control of a motor vehicle with unsealed container of liquor is 34 year old Sandy PORTER of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
