(LAKESHORE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore, while on routine patrol, observed a vehicle on Chisholm Street in Lakeshore travelling the wrong way, on July 5, 2015 at approximately 2: 45 a.m.
Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment.
The driver was arrested at the scene.
Eric PITRE, age 18 of Maidstone, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on July 23, 2015 to answer to the charges.
