(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 41 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 59, North Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, July 9, 2015, at approximately 10:35 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of McDowell Road West, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Highway 59 address.
As a result of investigation, police charged 41-year-old Johan BUECKERT of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
