Stolen Firearms Recovered – Justin TRAYNOR Charged

(GRAVENHURST, ON) – Members of the Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have recovered three firearms along with a quantity of ammunition that were stolen from a Break and Enter that was reported in Springwater Township on June 18th, 2015. An investigation into the whereabouts of the firearms was conducted that led police to an address near Housey’s Rapids Road in Gravenhurst. The suspect in the investigation into the Break and Enter, who had a related warrant out for his arrest, was located hiding in a nearby building and arrested.

26 year-old Justin TRAYNOR of Barrie has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime CC 354(1)(a), Break and Enter CC 348(1)(b) and Possession of Marijuana CDSA 4(1).

22 year-old Amber KNUDSEN of Barrie has also been charged in relation to the incident with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime CC 354(1)(a), Break and Enter CC 348(1)(b)

Both accused’s have been held for Bail and will appear in Bracebridge Court on July 13th, 2015.
