(BRANT COUNTY, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to Number Six School Road on July 11 2015 at 5:00 p.m. to investigate 2 people injured when they were struck by a vehicle.
OPP investigators discovered that a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado that was being operated by a female from Six Nations of the Grand River First Nations had struck 2 people.
The injured persons, 1 female and 1 male were treated at the scene by The County of Brant Ambulance and had only minor injuries.
Police have charged 42-year-old Nicole MARTIN of Six Nations of the Grand River First Nations with Dangerous Driving under the Criminal Code of Canada and she will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date.
