(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – On July 12, 2015 Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received several reports of mailboxes being damaged by fire overnight in Cramahe and Alnwick-Haldimand Townships.
On July 17, 2015 after an investigation by the Northumberland OPP Crime Unit, Samuel CORTESIS age 19 of Cobourg, ON was arrested and charged with seven counts of arson.
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg on August 19, 2015.
