(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 36 year old female after police were conducting patrols at a Pond Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, July 17, 2015, at approximately 10:05 p.m., officers were conducting patrols in the area of Pond Street and Water Street when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The occupants of the vehicle were spoken to and subsequently investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 36-year-old Tracy L K HOOEY of Brantford Ontario with possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
