(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On July 21, 2015 shortly before 10:00 p.m., an officer from the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop at Bidwell Street and Washington Grand Avenue in Tillsonburg.
Through police investigation it was determined that the male driver of the Ford vehicle was subsequently found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
Patrick LUCE, 28-years-old, of Tillsonburg, is charged with the following:
· Operate a Motor Vehicle – Over 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood
· Operate a Motor Vehicle – Impaired
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear with a future court date.
