(TORONTO, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Michael WIWCZARUK is described as a male, 27 years of age, 6’2” (188 cm), 210 lbs (95 kg), with blue eyes and short brown hair. He has a tattoo of a symbol on the left side of his neck.
He is serving a 4 year, 10 month and 24 day sentence for Robbery, Forcible Confinement, Fraud and Property Offences.
The offender is known to frequent the Hamilton, Ottawa and Kingston areas.
