(PORT HOPE, ON) –On July 24, 2015 at 1:03pm Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a two car motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 in the westbound lanes between County Road 28 and Toronto Road.
The deceased occupant involved in this collision was a 16 month old male from Gatineau, Quebec.
