(BRANT COUNTY, ON) –Members of the Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called by Brantford Police Service advising of a driving complaint they had received regarding a vehicle registered to a County of Brant resident at approximately 12:25 a.m. on 25 July 2015.
County of Brant OPP members positioned themselves to intercept the vehicle. The vehicle was located and stopped. The male driver provided a breath sample in the roadside screening device which was over the legal limit of alcohol.
County of Brant OPP have charged 49 year old Christopher DEPALMO of the County of Brant with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brantford at a later date to answer to the charge.
