(PLYMPTON- WYOMING, ON) – On July 26, 2015 the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a theft of a pick- up truck, power tools and ATV equipment.
On July 25, 2015 unknown person(s) attended the 3000 Block of Confederation Line, Town of Plympton- Wyoming and unlawfully accessed a garage located on that property.
While inside the garage the thieves accessed a set of ignition keys belonging to a tan coloured 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pick- up truck containing an aluminum fitted tool box that had also been located within the same garage. The thieves also rummaged through several tool boxes and stole Makita and Milwaukee power tools such as grinders, drills, saws and two Husqvarna chain saws. They also located several pieces of ATV riding equipment and parts. The tools and ATV equipment were loaded into the pick- up truck at which time the thief left the area in the stolen pick- up truck.
Members of the OPP are currently investigating this incident and are seeking community involvement and assistance in this matter.
