(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a vehicle after a traffic stop on Highway 115 this morning just before 2:00am.
Michele FABRIS (age 42) of Toronto, ON is charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 3, 2015.
