(INGERSOLL, ON.) – On August 1, 2015 at approximately 12:05 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a disturbance on Thames Street near Charles Street in Ingersoll.
Police attended the area and located a vehicle with a female in the driver’s seat. As a result of investigation, the 46-year-old female, Tammy MILLER-EMPEY of Ingersoll was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
Care or Control While Impaired (Alcohol)
Care or Control Over 80 milligrams
The female was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 8, 2015.
