(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH TWP, ON) – On Saturday August 01, 2015 shortly before 11 p.m., a Huron County OPP officer stopped a vehicle on Lucknow Line at Hawkins Rd. The driver of the vehicle was found to have been drinking. He was taken to the Huron County OPP Detachment where he failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests.
30-year-old Jeffrey Richard GRAVEL of Huron-Kinloss Twp has been charged with “driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on September 21, 2015 to answer to this charge.
