(TEMAGAMI, ON) – On July 31, 2015 at approximately 1:30 p.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Marine Unit was on patrol and stopped a houseboat that was being operated on Lake Temagami.
Through investigation a quantity of suspected marihuana was seized and as a result three men have been charged.
Mario MARTINASEVIC, 32, of Toronto, Joshua ALBERGA, 32, of Niagara Falls and Joshua TRYLINSKI, 32, of Edmonton Alberta are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance – cannabis marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
They will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on September 29, 2015.
