(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 6, 2015 at approximately 2:20 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) conducted a R.I.D.E. program at Lake Road and Wellington Road 32, Puslinch Township. Officers spoke with the driver of a 2008 Ford pickup truck and seized suspected marijuana. A male was arrested and released at the scene with court documents.
31-year-old Mark HERLIHY of Cambridge has been charged with Possession of Marijuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 22, 2015 to answer the charge.
