(BRANT COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant Detachment have arrested and charged a 56 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Burtch Road, Brant County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, August 8, 2015 at approximately 11:21 p.m., police responded to the Burtch Road address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that two males became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 56-year-old William DICKENSON of Brant County, Ontario with assault, uttering threats-cause death or bodily harm and mischief under $5,000.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Brantford at a later date to answer to the charges.
