(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at approximately 2:48 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a stolen vehicle from Manitoba.
At approximately 3:26 pm officers located the stolen vehicle east of Shabaqua.
Peter OGDEN, 57 years of age, from Belleville, Ont was arrested and charged with Possession of Stolen Property over $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He was also charged with Driving While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
He has been held in custody for a video court appearance on August 12.
