(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 17, 2015 at approximately 11:36 p.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers investigated a 2007 Dodge that was northbound on Jones Baseline, Guelph-Eramosa Township. Police officers observed the vehicle pull off the road and park. The driver and passenger were spoken with and police discovered that the male driver was not following his release conditions placed upon him by another police service related to a criminal charge.
30-year-old Joshua HENDERSON of Guelph has been charged with Fail to Comply with an Undertaking Given by an Officer in Charge X 2 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on August 18, 2015.
