Teens Arrested For Break Ins

(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On August 16, 2015, Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested two youths in relation to two break and enter occurrences.

On August 16, 2015, the Middlesex County OPP received a report of a break, enter and theft. In the pre-dawn hours, culprits attended a rural property in the 10,000 block of Petty Street. They trespassed, and accessed the interior of a garage. Clothing was stolen.

Later in the morning, police responded to a break and enter in the 9000 block of Petty Street at a church, where Middlesex County OPP officers apprehended two youths.

As a result of the police investigation, a 16-year old male, and a 15-year-old female, both from North Middlesex, Ontario, were criminally charged in relation to each incident, with property related offences.

The youths, who cannot be identified pursuant to the provisions in the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA), were held in custody, and released subsequent to appearing in the London courts.
