(INGERSOLL, ON.) – On August 15, 2015 at approximately 12:42 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver in the area of Harris Street and David Street in Ingersoll.
Police attended the area and located a male on an e-scooter. As a result of investigation, the 40-year-old male, Kenneth ADAMS of Ingersoll was charged under the Criminal Code with the following:
Care or Control While Impaired (Alcohol)
Care or Control Over 80 milligrams
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 15, 2015.
