(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 6, 2015 at approximately 5:22 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was patrolling Charles Street near Edward Street, Arthur and stopped a 2003 Dodge. The passenger was identified and was not following his probation and recognizance orders. He was arrested and during the investigation, suspected methamphetamine was seized.
23-year-old Kevin HARPER of Harriston has been charged with;
Possession of Methamphetamine-Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Fail to Comply with Recognizance X 2-Criminal Code (C.C.)
Fail to Comply with Probation Order X 2-C.C.
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on August 7, 2015.
