(TILLSONBURG, ON.) –On August 22, 2015, at approximately 4:55 a.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a suspicious vehicle occupied by two people parked on Delevan Crescent, in the Town of Tillsonburg.
OPP spoke to the male and female located inside the vehicle. Through further investigation a quantity of drugs was located and seized. The male and female were arrested and charged.
Johan NEUFELD, 34 years-of-age of Aylmer and Crystal BURWELL, 36 years-of-age of Bayham Township, were each charged with the following offences:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance –Heroin
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Hydromorphone
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Oxycodone
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marijuana
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Other Drug
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking (4 Counts)
Possession of Break In Instruments
Both accused were held for bail hearings to answer to their charges.
