(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 32 year old male after checking a vehicle at a Haldimand Road 32, Haldimand County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, August 23, 2015 at approximately 3:57 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Haldimand Road 32, when the vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with fail or refuse to provide sample, possession of Marihuana and fail to comply with recognizance is 32-year-old Eugen SARCHIZ of Ancaster, Ontario
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
