(LEAMINGTON ON) – A 37 year old Leamington resident has been charged with Impaired Driving and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol following a single vehicle collision early Sunday morning.
Shortly after midnight on August 23rd, Ontario Provincial Police in Leamington attended a single vehicle collision that occurred on Erie Street South. A Dodge Caravan had struck a large construction directional arrow and came to rest on a gravel pile. (current road construction on Erie Street South.)
Lucas GOMEZ MARROQUIN is to appear in court in Leamington on September 10th. There were no injuries.
