(MUNICIPALITY OF BLUEWATER, ON) – The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a fire that was purposely started to a portable toilet located next to the north side of the Municipal Building at 108 King Street in Hensall.
Investigation revealed that sometime between10 and 11 p.m. on Saturday August 22, 2015, unknown person(s) set fire to a Johnson’s Sanitation portable toilet that was situated next to the Municipal Building. The Hensall Fire Department attended the scene and extinguished the fire.
The fire destroyed the portable toilet and caused the Municipal building to be charred and two windows panes to be cracked as a result of the heat. Total damage is estimated to be in the range of $10,000
