(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a driver after he was stopped for no lights on his trailer today just before 12:30am.
The investigation revealed that the driver had been consuming an excessive amount of alcohol. Terrance FAIRBAIRN (age 43) of Addington Highlands, Township, ON was arrested and charged with having a blood alcohol concentration above 80mg.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial court on October 08, 2015.
