(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 4th, 2015 at approximately 9:00 p.m. a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police observed a motor vehicle eastbound on River Road East with no rear lights on. This motor vehicle was stopped and a Police check revealed that the driver was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle. A further Police investigation into this driver revealed he was operating the above motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs” is Ryan J. MCTAGGART 30 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is September 22nd, 2015 in Collingwood court. OPP have further charged the accused with “Drive While Under Suspension” under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
