(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a local woman with Possession Property Obtained by Crime and Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Undertaking. The charges stems from the theft of a children’s All Terrain Vehicle located on Churchill Drive in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The incident occurred on September 7, 2015.
Charged is Lindsay KELLY age 29 of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on October 29, 2015.
