(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle and investigated the driver Sunday morning just before 3:00am.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Peterborough County Road 32. Robert Paul YEOMANS (age 27) of Bowmanville, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
G2 licence holder driving with more than 0% Blood Alcohol Concentration
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on October 15, 2015.
