(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a Baker Street address to investigate a theft yesterday just after 3:00pm.
The suspect was selling driveway sealing services and was travelling door to door in Norwood. After trying to sell services to the victim, the suspect requested to use the victim’s bathroom. Once inside the male stole a quantity of a prescription narcotic.
Police would like to remind area residents to be suspicious of unknown people requesting to access your home.
